Aloha, and welcome with all the warmth, spirit and blessing that the word "Aloha" carries. The very special energy of Hawaii is an energy that also fills my readings and healing work. While I currently reside in the magical land of enchantment in Santa Fe, New Mexico my heart is also ever with the flowing waves and energy of the people and land of Hawaii, and so my site is named Aloha Psychic Waves. Someone who is at home  physically or in spirit in Hawaii, is known as "Kama'aina," or a "child of the land." I am indeed Kama'aina, after the privilege of living there for a few months and having it's beauty and spirit bring change and healing to my own spirit. 

I am a psychic, an energy healer, an author, spiritual teacher and veteran radio personality. The way "Aloha" affects your reading or healing work with me is to bring a flow of acceptance, neutrality, non-judgment and welcoming presence into the consultation with me. I work with spirit guides and angels in my readings, as well as using my natural and lifelong gifts of clairvoyance, clairaudience, and clairsentience. 

My psychic abilities were further honed during my graduate studies in Chicago by intensive training and development in psychic arts and energy healing at the premier school for psychics, InVision, in Chicago, founded by psychic, healer and teacher Kenneth Jones and supplemented by a core of outstanding teachers. The psychic training I received is deeply grounded in meditation practice and being fully present in our bodies, to enjoy a fulfilled lifetime on this turn of the wheel.  

Today my primary meditation practice is Transcendental Meditation, as taught by Maharishi Mahesh Yogi. I highly recommend this practice to all. 

As a spiritual teacher I also hold two master's degrees in theology/spirituality studies, along with doctoral studies, from Loyola University Chicago and CTU, Chicago. I have taught spirituality and theology as a lecturer at Loyola University Chicago and Lewis University in Romeoville, Illinois. I have also led retreats and workshops on various spirituality topics throughout the United States and in Canada. 

Today my spiritual path has led me to embrace a universal spirituality that is a spirituality without borders, embracing and accepting the variety of spiritual paths to a relationship with God, Great Spirit, a higher power—the Divine that is present in each of us and in all creation. My first two published books came from within a particular spiritual tradition, but today my writing and teaching is that of spirituality as the divine for all people.  I am grateful to teachers such as Eckhart Tolle, Dr. Wayne Dyer, Matt Kahn and of course, to the Maharishi for bringing the ancient Vedic knowledge to our world today.  

Readings with me are a dialogue with your spirit and your body as you inhabit this life.  Your questions help direct the reading. A reading with me can help you understand the energy behind things operating in your life and can help you make more informed decisions. It can help you see your options with new clarity and help you make more conscious choices in the path you are traveling in this life. 

I use the template of your chakras and energy body, (your aura), to help discern how things are flowing in your life. Let's take a look at your beautiful spirit and true colors! 


Readings
 

Readings can be an overall look at where you are in your life in present time and what influences are going on. There may be spiritual agreements that no longer serve you than can be released, other the presence of energies other than your own that are affecting you and need some redirection.  I also offer specialized readings such as Angel Readings, Past-life Readings, Full Aura Readings, and readings looking at a specific topic in your life, such as creativity, travel, transitions, relationships, career, and even your own intuitive development. Healing work is often incorporated into the reading where appropriate, and always with your permission. 


Energy Healing: Healing work can be done in person or as distance healings. Email with inquires. 


Readings are available by phone or video conferenced by Skype or FaceTime anywhere. If you are local to the central coast of California, in person readings can be scheduled. 


Readings are 1 hour or 30 minutes.  One hour readings are highly recommended for an in-depth consultation. A 30 minute readings is appropriate when you have a very directed question or two, or a very directed topic we can dive right into.  


Email readings: Email readings are an option when you have just one or two questions and want to simply get some direct answers to those at a reduced rate.  Email readings will be returned within 48 hours, usually sooner.
